  • The Entre Community (EC)

    The Entre Community is created and managed by Austin International Management School Pte Ltd (AIMS) whose founder and chairman is Dr Leong Horn Kee. The Entre Community comprises three main components:

    1. The Entre Programme (EP)
    2. The Panel of Mentors (POM)
    3. The Entre Club (TEC)


    Particpants who successfully completed the Entre Programme (EP) will have access to the Panel of Mentors (POM) and automatically accorded membership of The Entre Club.

    The fundamental rationale for the creation of the Entre Community is that there are aspiring and determined young entrepreneurs whose have ambitions to start their own businesses. So as to give them a helping hand, and a headstart, they can attend the Entre Programme which is a 2-day training seminar where basic business management concepts such as business plan, fund raising, accounting, human resource management, media management and going global courses will be conducted by experienced industry practitioners. Practitioners and professionals will impart basic ideas and share their experiences with the participants. Entrepreneurs will learn business innovation and productivity, thereby possibly avoid costly mistakes, and enhancing their chances of success.

    Beyond the basic EP training seminar, the Entre Community provides critical continuity for the budding entrepreneurs continuing venture into the challenging business world.

    The EP participants will have access to a Panel of Mentors who are prepared to give personal counsel to the participants on a personal and mutual consent to a Mentor-Mentee relationship. The participants are also accorded membership of The Entre Club (TEC) where they join a community of likeminded aspiring entrepreneurs to share experience and provide mutual counsel. Talks by successful businessmen and professionals will be arranged for members of the TEC.
